Hi my name is Catherine Carter. I am based in Nottinghamshire in the UK.

As a Private Investor, property developer & owner of an award winning business, I am always looking for opportunities to expand my portfolio, grow & develop businesses & properties.

 

In the 20 years of being a business owner, I have encountered many obstacles & met the challenges of 3 recessions including the 2008 financial banking crisis.

 

All of these challenges I consider have given me the necessary & valuable information & experience that I use now as tools when I am working with other businesses.

 

I have a clear vision when looking at businesses I am going to invest in, acquire or work with that I ensure I build a strong rapport with my clients gaining a level of trust essential for both parties from the start, reassuring  my clients giving them confidence & understanding their business is being dealt with confidentially & with integrity & sensitivity.

 

Oh & Property developing is another string to my bow, it's a passion & project of mine I have had  for many years.

Looking at properties in their early stages, holding a vision & executing the plan all the way through to the finished look ready for sale is a skill I am very proud of.
